My favorite sport is swimming. I think it is a very good exercise for us. In summer,it can make us cooler and more comfortable when the weather is very hot. It also can make me more stronger. If you are stronger enough ,you can swim in winter.It is a challenge for our body and it is also a challenge for our life.

As we all know,it is good for us to take exercise.There are many kinds of sports,such as running,swimming and so on.My favorite sport is swimming.I like swimming in summer,because I can feel very cool and happy after working too much.Besides,it is very meaningful for me to swim because of cool water.In a word,I think everyone is never too old to take exercise.
