解释第一个吧，非谓语得靠悟，首先have sth done ,是个语法点。it后面确实是宾补，但要看逻辑关系.room不能自己涂漆，恢复一下为the room is painted。你不能the room is painting .亲爱的同学，屋子可没有手啊所以用过去分词。

1. sth  needs  doing 

   have  sth done     宾语和宾补之间存在逻辑动宾关系。

2. to tell the truth  , 动词不定式 作状语。

3. 选 B ， hanging  on the wall ,， hang不及物动词 ,  表示悬挂的状态， 作定语 ，  修饰the picture ,  存在逻辑主谓关系。
   

1. need doing=need to be done , 后者have没这功能, it 和 paint的关系是被动要加ed

2. to tell you the truth 这里是不定式表目的，而动名词没有这个作用

3. B    A表示已经挂 C形式错误 D是正在被挂 都不对，而hang这个词在有主动表被动的意思，由于这里要做非谓语动词所以要加ing，不能用不定式，因为那表示将来，类似的词相信你也见过几个，比如this kind of books sell well，the pen writes smoothly。

后面have sth done，叫别人来做...
have it painted 叫别人来粉刷

后面动词是is,所以前面选个非谓语，C淘汰
hanging用主动，悬挂着，是一种状态，所以不用被动
