英语问题：after all 放在句首和句尾意思一样吗？

这个词组的确有不同的意思，但是不同的一生要看不同的语境，而不是它的位置。所以after all放在前面还是后面是一样的。

这就要看说话人的语气了，语气不同，表达的意思也不同。例如：OK，就可以表示很多不同的语气。

我没找到after all是尽管、虽然的意思，应该是你弄错了，它放到句首句尾都是一个意思——毕竟。
1.You should forgive him for his forgetfulness; after all, he is over seventy.
2.You should be charitable with him; he is a child after all.

4. But, just this once. After all, this ball is very important.
after all : ( 放句首 )毕竟，到底， 要知道…， 别忘了…
We should do the work by ourselves. After all, we are grown-ups now.
(放句尾)： 虽然…， 但毕竟…
He said he would not do the work , but after all, he did it.
